Resetting the password for your Field Pro account

It is not uncommon for a Field Pro user to forget or need to change their password. The password for a Field Pro account can be reset from the Login Screen.

To reset or update the password used for a Field Pro account:

Recovering your password requires access to the email address on file with your account. If you no longer have access to this email, contact Generac Customer Support.

  1. Open the Field Pro application.
  2. Press the SIGN IN button.
  3. Click the Forgot Password? link at the bottom of the window.
  4. Enter the email address associated with your Field Pro account and click CONTINUE.
  5. A password reset link will be sent to the provided email. If the email does not arrive or expires before being used, press the RESEND EMAIL button in the Field Pro app.

Note: Check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email.

  1. Click the reset link in your email and enter a new password. Then press RESET PASSWORD.
  2. You should see a "Password Changed!" screen confirming the update.
  3. You may now log in to the Field Pro app using your new password.

What if I forget or lose access to my account email address?

At this time, the account email cannot be reset. Contact Generac Customer Support if you no longer have access to your registered email address.
