Generac independent authorized service dealers are trained to service Generac generators and transfer switches and can be contacted using the dealer lookup tool on Generac.com.To find the serial number of your Generac Transfer Switch, check various locations depending on the model, but generally, it is printed on a data label that can be found inside the switch, either on the top of the back panel or on the upper or lower sections of the inside-left panel.
Note: On Service Entrance Rated switches, the inner panel will need to be removed to access the serial number data label.
