They can also enable or disable notifications entirely and configure the fuel level warning threshold for their fuel monitoring device. Environment This article applies only to Mobile Link users who have a registered propane fuel monitoring device. For more information, see How Do I Add a Generac/Tank Utility Propane Monitor to Mobile Link? Configuring fuel monitor notifications 1. Launch the Mobile Link app.2. Tap the Account icon.3. Under Preferences, tap Notifications4. Under Product notifications, select your tank monitoring device. Configuring the fuel level warning 1. Scroll down and tap Fuel level warnings.2. Use the slider bar to set the fuel level threshold. When your fuel level drops below the percentage you choose, you will be notified according to the notifications you've set in the message center.Note: 20% is the minimum threshold allowed. Propane Companies typically charge for a leak-down test if the percentage is lower than 30% when they get out to fill the tank (the cost of a leak-down test is dependent on their supplier and is typically a mandatory requirement). If you want to set the threshold at 30% or lower, confirm the leak-down test threshold with your provider. We recommend setting the threshold warning at a higher number to avoid a leak-down test from happening and to also ensure you do not run low on propane. 4. Tap Save to complete the threshold configuration.
