To locate the Serial Number (SN) and Unique Identifier (UID) of your Level 2 Plus charger, check the product label on the side of the charger or view it through the app after registering the product. If you have trouble locating the label or need additional assistance, contact Generac Customer Service. Registering your product also activates the free warranty.

How do I locate the serial number or UID of my Level 2 Plus EV charger?

The SN (Serial Number) and UID (Unique Identifier) can be found on the product label affixed to the side of your charger:

Once you have successfully registered your charger, you can view your SN and UID via the app. To register your product, and activate your free warranty, scan the QR code below, or call 1-888-436-3722
