How to create a Generac EV Charging account and log in from the app?

If you have already created an account using the Generac EV Charging portal, use the same email address and password to log into the app. Otherwise, follow the steps below to create a new account:
 

1. Download the Generac EV Charging app from the Play Store or Apple App Store and open it on your smartphone (available for iOS and Android).
2. You can register for an account using one of the following methods:
  • Apple login.
  • Google login.
  • Registration using your email.
3. Depending on if you chose the Social or Email registration method:
 
  • If you registered using a social signup method, you would be asked to enter the email address and password associated with your Apple or Google account or to select the Google/Apple account you want to associate to complete the registration process. You will then have to accept the Data Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions, and your account will be created.
  • If you used the email method, you would need to click Register at the bottom of the page and follow the steps below:
4. Fill in your information and accept the Data Privacy Policy Terms and Conditions. Click Register.
5. You will then receive a mail to the email you indicated to confirm your account. In case you do not have the mail in your inbox, please check the spam folder.
6. Click the Confirm button to start using your account in your received mail.
