The issue may be related to the mobile device's Wi-Fi connection, cellular data connection, or a temporary issue with the device or network.

Note: The No Network Connection message refers to the mobile device's internet connection. It does not by itself indicate a problem with the generator's Wi-Fi or Mobile Link connection.

Troubleshooting

Try the following steps to restore the mobile device's internet connection.

1. Verify that the mobile device is connected to Wi-Fi or has cellular data enabled.
2. If the device is connected to Wi-Fi, open another app or website that requires an internet connection to verify that the Wi-Fi connection is working.
