The Tank Utility Wi-Fi Propane Monitor has been discontinued. Although this information may be outdated, it is provided for reference purposes only. The current Tank Utility 4G/LTE Propane model is now available, offering cellular 4G/LTE connectivity and utilizing the Mobile Link iOS and Android apps for monitoring.   

During setup, LED lights on the Tank Utility device will blink in sequence to indicate the setup stage and current activity. See: How Do I Connect a Tank Utility Monitor that Supports Wi-Fi

Ensure that prior to the installation of the Tank Utility Wi-Fi monitor the Tank Utility Setup Apps (Obsolete) are installed on your mobile device.

During Wi-Fi installation, a prompt will appear within the Tank Utility Setup App to turn on the monitor, once the monitor has been enabled, the following LEDs may appear:

If there is an unsuccessful transmission:

If the monitor displays this LED feedback, it is recommended that the monitor be repositioned on the tank, then re-attempt the setup. If this LED feedback is consistently received, it may be necessary to evaluate the home's Wi-Fi setup and the monitor's distance from the router.
