This deletes the account and the subscription is null and void in all scenarios (consumer-managed or dealer-managed subscriptions).

Mobile Link Account Deletion

For users on a dealer-managed subscription; the dealer will still have visibility of the generator but the Mobile Link account owner will no longer be able to access that generator. If a user changes their mind they will need to contact their dealer to re-enroll their generator under the new account. Also, as stated in our subscription agreement, there are no partial reimbursements for subscription cancellations. Please note: 
 

  • This is a permanent action and your account cannot be recovered
  • You will not be able to recover status and maintenance history data, even if you create a new account and re-register your generator
  • There are no partial reimbursements for subscription cancellations

What If I'm Also Enrolled in FLEET?

Mobile Link users can now delete their accounts via a link in Account Settings. Please note, this is a permanent action, and users will not be able to get any status or maintenance history back after confirming this deletion.  Also, as stated in our subscription agreement, there are no partial reimbursements for subscription cancellations: What is the Mobile Link Subscription End User License Agreement (EULA) and Terms of Conditions?
