Checking the status of a submitted promo

Generac customers can redeem promotional offers on Generac's promotional site. By default, Generac will send the customer email notifications. Customers can also use the Redemption Center page to verify the status of a promotional offer using a confirmation number or serial number.
 

1. Navigate to the Promotion Status Lookup | Generac on Generac.com.
2. Using the dropdown, select either the confirmation number (received via email) or the generator's serial number. 

Note: Reference the Where Can I Find the Serial Number on My Air or Liquid-Cooled Standby Generator? article to locate a generator's serial number.

3. Click the Submit button. 

One of the following statuses will display:
 
  • Approved indicates the submission was received and approved. 
  • In Process indicates the promotional submission is being processed for fulfillment.  
  • Rejected indicates the submission did not meet all of the requirements of the promotion. If this status is received, please resubmit through the site.
