The Generac iQ2000 portable inverter generators (Model Numbers 6866 and 7123) can be connected in parallel using the Generac 6877 Parallel Kit for iQ2000 Portable Inverter Generator. This allows for an increased level of power production as well as additional outlet options. The Parallel Kit includes the L5-30R NEMA rated outlet, which is not natively available on the iQ2000 model. By connecting two separate inverters using the Parallel Kit, the Generac iQ2000 can produce more power to meet higher demand.
