Why did I get a message that my Mobile Link subscription was downgraded?

If you have received a message indicating that your Mobile Link subscription was downgraded, this means that there was not an active credit card on file for your account prior to the Mobile Link 3.6 rollout. The 3.6 roll out included partial changes to Mobile Link's subscriptions. Users who did not have active payment information on file were notified prior to the 3.6 roll out and asked to update their payment information accordingly. If payment information was not updated before that rollout, users will see this message indicating that they have been downgraded to the Basic functionality offering. 

What can I do?

Users who have been downgraded to the free/basic subscription will still be able to monitor their generator, but without the advanced features that come with the Premium plan. A planned May update to the Mobile Link app will allow affected users to update their payment information and resume their Premium subscription.
