A generator exercise is a short run-time with a configurable schedule. During an exercise, the unit self-starts and runs to perform internal tests and ensure proper generator function. Exercise events are not performed under load. It is not possible to configure a generator to perform in this manner. Running a generator under load can be done manually by Simulating a Power Outage.
