Viewing generator run periods in the Mobile Link app

This information can be determined by viewing the Status History of the generator in Mobile Link: How to view generator status history in Mobile Link

Note: Utility Loss Notifications for Wi-Fi devices are dependent on the router communicating with Mobile Link during that outage as well as the router sending that information over. If one or both do not occur, we would not be able to display that information on the Mobile Link account. For more information, see: Why Doesn't My Status History Update in Mobile Link During a Power Outage?

In the below image, the generator began exercising at 02:01 PM, and then returned to "Ready to run" status at 02:06 PM. This means the generator exercised for 5 minutes. The beginning of the "Ready to run" event indicates when the previous event stopped. Mobile Link does not show an "end of run" time stamp indicator.
