Request A Service Call For A Home Standby Generator

A service request can be submitted on Generac.com. This request will notify nearby authorized service dealers.
 
1. Visit the service request page on Generac.com.

2. Enter the generator's serial number. See the Where Do I Find the Serial Number on My Air or Liquid-Cooled Standby Generator? for assistance locating this information.

3. Click Get Started. 

4. Fill in contact information, then click Next.

5. Fill in the service request details and provide contact information, then click Submit.

Submitters will be notified via email when a local service dealer is matched to their service request.
