Updating the Mobile Link mobile app
Updating the Mobile Link app on your mobile device allows you to take advantage of the latest features and bug fixes. The process to update the app will vary depending on your device type (Android or iOS).
Note: This information does not Mobile Link users who access Mobile Link via the web app in a browser window at app.mobilelinkgen.com. The web app updates automatically when updates are released.
To manually update Mobile Link on an Android device (Google Play)
1. Open the Google Play Store app

2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
3. Tap Manage apps & device. If the Mobile Link app has an update available, it will be labeled Update available.
4. Tap Update.
To manually update Mobile Link on an Apple device (App Store)
1. Open the App Store.
2. Tap your profile icon at the top of the screen.
3. Scroll to see pending updates and release notes. Tap Update next to the Mobile Link app (if available) to update only that app, or tap Update All.
Note: The Mobile Link App and the Update button will only be available if an update is currently available for the Mobile Link App.
Note: The Available Updates section may only appear if automatic updates are not enabled on the device.
