Warning alarms, what they mean, and how to dismiss them in Mobile Link
Warning events are events that may occur on a generator that require attention but will not prevent a generator from operating in response to an outage event. After these events are addressed, if the warning is not addressed while at the unit, the event may be cleared remotely through the Mobile Link app or website. This article will explain the steps to remotely clear a warning event through the Mobile Link Website or App.
What if the warning keeps coming back?
This indicates that there is an issue with the generator that should be addressed. The generator will signal an issue with an LED light that corresponds with an error message on the controller display: What Do the Green, Yellow, and Red Status Indicator Lights Mean on Home Standby Generators?
