Mobile Link subscription cancellation
All Mobile Link subscribers are set to auto-renew on their plan's renewal date. Cancellation will terminate this auto-renewal plan.
How to cancel through the Mobile Link Website:
1. Open a web browser, navigate to and Log in to the Mobile Link website at https://app.mobilelinkgen.com.
2. Click on your name in the top right of the web page.
3. Choose Account Settings from the drop down menu.
4. Choose Subscription from the left side of the screen.
5. Choose Manage Plan.
6. Choose YES, CANCEL MY PLAN.

Note: The EULA is accessible via your online account as well. Via the app you will want to click on the hamburger menu icon in the bottom right. If trying to access via the website, it will be available at the bottom of the webpage
How to cancel through the Mobile Link Application:
1. Open the Mobile Link application.
2. Click Account in the lower right-hand corner.
3. Choose Plan Details under the Subscription Header.
4. Choose Manage Plan.
5. Choose I no longer want Premium Features.
6. Click NEXT.
7. Click Yes, Cancel My Plan.
8. Follow prompts from either Apple or Android payment processes.
Subscription cancellation details
Annual Mobile Link Subscriptions:
- May be canceled at any time
- The subscription will remain active until the renewal date and will not automatically renew.
- If canceled before the end of an annual subscription period, no refunds or credits for the remaining service will be provided.
Dealer-managed subscriptions:
- Dealer-managed generators will need to be canceled directly with the dealer.
- If a subscriber chooses to go from owner-paid to dealer-paid, the remaining time on your owner-paid license will be transferred to the dealer and once expired the dealer will renew the subscription moving forward.
- If your subscription was done through the website (app.mobilelinkgen.com), reference the instructions in this article to verify cancellation.
- If your subscription was done through the Mobile Link app (using Apple or Google's payment processing), then you will need to cancel your subscription using Apple or Google's cancellation processes.
