When should I use the Field Pro app vs. Mobile Link?

End users should use Mobile Link for all generator monitoring purposes. Mobile Link includes more monitoring features and receives information from the generator controller over cellular and Wi-Fi networks. The Field Pro app only works over Bluetooth when the generator is in Service Mode when installing or servicing the product: How to place a generator into Service Mode (PowerZone 200 models).
