Where do I go to have warranty repairs performed on my portable generator?

Warranty service
It is important to know that Warranty service for Generac portable generators can only be performed by an authorized dealer (IASD). To locate an authorized Generac dealer near you, please refer to our dealer locator.
To narrow down your search to portable generator service providers, select 'Portable Generators' in the dropdown menu. Then, check the box next to 'Maintenance & Service'.
Additional considerations
- If you are unable to find an authorized portable generator service provider near you, try searching for Residential Generator service providers. Occasionally, Residential Generator service dealers also work on portable units and may be able to help.
- If you need a simple (non-warranty) repair performed on your portable generator, or your portable generator is out of warranty, a small engine repair shop near you may also be able to assist.
