The time and time zone in status history do not match the generator's time zone

 

The Mobile Link App and Website status history times are set to the same time zone as the end user's phone, tablet, or computer. 

If the generator and phone are in two different time zones, the app will display the phone's time zone, not the generator's. If the end-user has issues with the status history displaying the wrong time, check the time zone settings and try reapplying them.
