Dealer designations in the Dealer Lookup tool

When using the dealer locator on Generac.com, users can see information about a dealer. Dealers may be listed as PowerPro, Direct, Select, Elite, Elite+, Premiere, and Prestige. Direct, Select, Elite, Elite+, Premiere, and Prestige

• These designations mainly signify whether the dealer is authorized for sales, installation, service, and/or maintenance. 
• Higher tiers can additionally perform service and warranty work. 
• PowerPro is an additional designation that means they offer financing options.
• Orange icons on dealer tiles indicate additional sales and service options available, such as EV Charger installation.

Liquid-cooled generators: Not all dealers are trained or equipped to support liquid-cooled generators. If you have a liquid-cooled generator, confirm liquid-cooled service capability in the dealer listing and call the dealer to confirm they can support your model.

Financing, sales, and service

• Financing Dealers (PowerPro): Provide financing on new purchases
• Sales Dealers: Sell whole products, accessories, and kits
• Service Dealers: Certified to perform warranty work on Generac manufactured products including DeWALT, Honeywell, and Powermate. Service dealers can also sell replacement parts like carburetors, engines, and alternators. Technicians are trained through Generac's Independent Authorized Service Dealer (IASD) program.
