If parts are replaced, how does that affect my warranty?

If parts are replaced under warranty, the original warranty is not affected for the product. However, the parts themselves have a 90-day parts warranty if replaced by a Generac independent authorized dealer (IASD). This means if the warranty for the product expires in less than 90 days, the part(s) replaced will still have the 90-day parts warranty against manufacturing defects. 

Parts replaced by the owner/end-user do not carry the 90-day warranty - only parts that were replaced by a Generac IASD carry the 90-day parts warranty.
