Mobile Link Wi-Fi network spectrums

Mobile Link Wi-Fi devices only work on the 2.4 GHz frequency band because it provides better range and signal penetration than 5 GHz, which is faster but has shorter reach and is more easily blocked by walls. If your router combines 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz under one network name (SSID), you may need to split them or add a dedicated 2.4 GHz extender to ensure reliable generator connectivity.
