How to install Field Pro on your mobile device

The Field Pro app allows installers and technicians to service compatible home standby generators. For more information see Generac.com/protools or What is the Field Pro app?

Note: To monitor your generator remotely, use the Mobile Link application.

Installing Field Pro on an iOS device

To install the Field Pro app on your iOS device:

1. Open the "App Store" application.

2. Tap the Search icon.

3. Search for Generac Field Pro.

4. Tap Get to install the app.

To install the Field Pro app on your Android device:

1. Open the "Google Play" store application.

2. Search for Generac Field Pro.

3. Tap the Field Pro app in the results.

4. Tap Install to download the app.

If you have trouble installing or updating the app, ensure your device’s operating system is up to date.
