Field Pro account setup and login guide

Environment

  • This article is intended for general end users. Generac IASDs and authorized service technicians should sign in to Field Pro with their existing G360 credentials, or reach out to their administrator to get a G360 technician account created for use with Field Pro. Mobile Link remains the primary remote monitoring application for general end users.
  • The Field Pro app is currently only compatible with generators that have a Power Zone 200 controller.

Account setup

Once you have downloaded the Field Pro app to your mobile device, follow these steps to setup your account:

  1. Tap the Field Pro app icon to launch the app.
  2. Sign in using your existing credentials:
    1. If you have a G360 account, use your email and password to sign in.
    2. If you have PWRfleet credentials, tap Continue with PWRfleet login and enter your login info.
  3. If you do not have one of the account types above:
    1. If you are a Generac-affiliated installer or service technician, reach out to your administrator to get a G360 technician account created for use with Field Pro.
    2. If you are not a Generac-affiliated installer or service technician, tap Don't have an account? Sign up to create a Field Pro account.

Note: The email address used for signup cannot be changed later. Ensure the email is entered correctly and is accessible by the user.
