Status history can be exported using the app.mobilelinkgen.com web site. This feature is currently not available in the Mobile Link iOS and Android apps.
Environment
This process requires a Mobile Link account with a registered generator that has communicated status history to the app.
To export status history to a CSV file:
1. Navigate to https://app.mobilelinkgen.com/ and log in. 2. Click the generator tile. 3. Click the Status History option. 4. In the upper right, select the export option. 5. Choose the range: 6 months, 1 Year, 2 Years, 3 Years, and All. 6. Click Download. This will download the Status History in a CSV format.
