Dealer-Managed plans in Mobile Link

A dealer-managed plan allows your service dealer to monitor and perform remote service for your generator. A dealer-managed plan includes a service and maintenance contract, connectivity subscription via Wi-Fi or 4G LTE, professional monitoring, remote diagnostics, and troubleshooting, and the dealer will receive email and text alerts from your generator.

When a Mobile Link account is dealer-managed, the Preferred Dealer will be set automatically. The Preferred Dealer also cannot be removed manually.
