Dealer-managed plans in Mobile Link
A dealer-managed plan allows your service dealer to monitor and perform remote service for your generator. These plans typically include a service and maintenance contract, connectivity via Wi-Fi or cellular, professional monitoring, remote diagnostics and troubleshooting, liquid propane fuel monitoring, and automatic email and text alerts sent to your dealer.
To sign up for a dealer-managed plan, visit the Request Service page and complete the form.
When a Mobile Link account is managed by a dealer, the Preferred Dealer is automatically set and cannot be manually removed.

Will my existing subscription automatically cancel?
No, existing subscriptions will not cancel automatically. If your account is transitioning to a dealer-managed plan, you will need to manually cancel your current Mobile Link subscription. You may see a message that says:
"Your account needs attention. This generator is being managed by a dealer. Please cancel your plan before the renewal date."
