Checking dealer information in Mobile Link

Mobile Link will store dealer contact information if you have selected a preferred dealer, or if your generator is dealer-managed. 
 

 

Finding dealer information using the web application

1. Log in to your Mobile Link account: https://app.mobilelinkgen.com/
2. Click on the picture of your generator. 
3. Click on the Preferred Dealer tab on the left-hand side. 
4. View your Dealer's information.
 

Finding dealer information using the Mobile Link app

1. Open your Mobile Link app image.pngon your phone. 
2. Log in to your account if needed.
3. From the Dashboard page, tap on your Generator status at the top of the page.

4. Scroll down to Settings

5. Tap on the image.png icon.

6. View your Dealers' contact information.
