Monitoring generator oil level in Mobile Link

Environment

Oil level monitoring is currently available only on generators equipped with a PowerZone 200 controller.

To view oil level information, you must have a Mobile Link account, and your generator must be enrolled in the account.

Viewing oil level in the Mobile Link app

Use the following steps to view the generator oil level in the Mobile Link app.

1. Launch the Mobile Link app on your iPhone or Android device.
2. From the Dashboard, tap the registered generator card to open Generator Details.
3. Review the oil level percentage displayed near the bottom of the Generator Details panel.

What if I do not see oil level information?

If oil level information is not displayed, verify the following:

Using Generac.com

1. Navigate to the product lookup page.
2. Enter the generator serial number.
3. Select Search.
4. Open the owner’s manual for your generator model.

Using the Mobile Link app

1. Launch the Mobile Link app on your iPhone or Android device.
2. From the Dashboard, tap the registered generator card.
3. Scroll to the Manuals section.
4. Open the owner’s manual.
