When enrolling the generator via Mobile Link a prompt of "Invalid serial number" is received after entering the serial number. This error can be seen in the app or the website during generator enrollment.

This article applies to Mobile Link users enrolling a generator.

How to resolve:

  1. Verify the generator is supported in Mobile Link. If this generator is industrial generator, these generators cannot be enrolled within Mobile Link.
