Mobile Link can be accessed in two ways: The web app that runs in a browser (app.mobilelinkgen.com ) and the mobile app developed for iOS and Android devices. If you want to run Mobile Link on a laptop or desktop PC, use app.mobilelinkgen.com . If you want to run Mobile Link on your mobile device, us the iOS or Android mobile app.

Mobile Link mobile app phone compatibility

Mobile Link will not run on all smartphones. The Android or iOS device must be running a current or recent version of those operating systems. Mobile Link is guaranteed to be supported and tested for the current version of the OS and 2 previous versions; beyond that, we cannot guarantee compatibility. Current software on devices as of October 2025:

Mobile Link web app compatibility

Unlike the mobile app, the operating system is not as important for the web app. The web app only runs in a web browser. Currently supported browsers are:
