Mobile Link 4G LTE coverage

The Mobile Link 4G LTE accessory device is designed to leverage the Verizon cellular network for all cellular communications. A generator must be located in an area with stable cellular service for the 4G LTE device to operate successfully.

 

It is highly recommended that the cellular signal be verified to ensure adequate coverage based on the generator's location before purchasing and installing a Mobile Link 4G LTE accessory device.

What if my generator is not located with cellular coverage?

If the generator is not located in an area with adequate cellular service, alternate Mobile Link Cellular and Wi-Fi Connectivity Accessories are also available. Contact a Generac Independent Authorized Service Dealer (IASD) for more information.
