Operating the generator during a storm
IMPORTANT: Operating a generator in wet conditions can be extremely hazardous and is strongly advised against. Never run a generator directly in the rain, snow, or any other wet conditions.
For carbon monoxide (CO) safety, always operate the generator outdoors in an open area. Never use it inside homes, garages, or enclosed spaces.
