To log in to a Mobile Link Account Using a Web Browser:

The is process assumes a mobile link account has already been created.  If an account has not been created yet, please see the article: How Do I Set up a Mobile Link Account?

 1. Using the web browser of your choice navigate to the website: https://app.mobilelinkgen.com/

2. Enter the desired email address in the Email Address field of the Sign In window, then click continue.

3. The Welcome Back! page appears.  Enter the password for the account then click NEXT.

Note: The Welcome Back! page only appears if there is an existing account created with the email address that was provided. If a screen appears with a SEND VERIFICATION CODE button, this is an indication that an account does not currently exist for this email address.  Verify the email address provided is correct or see this article: How Do I Set up a Mobile Link Account?  

To log in to a Mobile Link Account Using the Mobile Link for Generators App:

This process assumes a Mobile Link account has already been created, and the Mobile Link app is currently installed on your device. If an account has not been created yet and Mobile Link is not installed, please see the article: How Do I Set up a Mobile Link Account?

1. Tap the Mobile Link icon to launch the app.

2. Tap the SIGN IN button. This will launch the Auth0 window. You may be prompted to allow this if this is a first-time login.

Note: Auth0 is the service that Mobile Link uses to authenticate account holders into the Mobile Link app.

3. Enter your email address and password, then tap SIGN IN. If this is a first-time login, proceed to the steps below.

4. If this is a first-time login, then a prompt will appear to allow Mobile Link to access your device's location. This is necessary in order to accurately display the date and time that the event occurs.  Location permission is also required to allow the app to connect the generator to an available Wi-Fi network.

5. If this is a first-time login, you may be prompted to allow push notifications. This allows Mobile Link to send you device-specific status notifications about your Generac products.
